About the role
Join Costa Coffee as a Barista and help create great coffee moments for customers in a friendly, fast‑paced environment. You will work flexible shifts that fit your schedule while delivering the high‑quality service Costa is known for.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and other menu items to a high standard.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and uphold quality standards.
- Keep the store clean, welcoming and running smoothly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the store operates efficiently.
Required profile
- Resourceful, adaptable and positive with a can‑do attitude.
- Accountable and proud of delivering quality work.
- Calm, composed and strong communication skills.
- Genuine people focus and enthusiasm for teamwork.

- Hourly pay of £13.12 – £14.12 (location dependent).
