About the role
As a Barista at Costa Coffee you will craft great coffee and create memorable experiences for customers. The role offers flexible shift patterns to fit both your personal needs and the store’s requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage menu items to high standards.
- Deliver an energising and friendly customer experience on every shift.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming and well‑organised store environment.
- Follow health, safety and hygiene procedures consistently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
