Barista & General Assistant – Temporary (London)

About the role

We are a vibrant catering service looking for a friendly Barista to prepare high‑quality coffee and tea beverages while delivering exceptional customer service. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea drinks with precision.
• Provide outstanding customer service, answering questions and engaging with guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and seating area.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Promote a positive work environment and uphold brand values.

Required profile

• Previous barista or similar experience preferred, but training is offered.
• Passion for coffee and interest in learning brewing techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
