About the role

Join Costa Coffee in Birmingham as a Barista Maestro, leading a vibrant coffee team on a 20‑hour per week permanent basis. You will create memorable moments for customers while supporting and motivating your colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Lead smooth, efficient shifts and ensure high‑quality service.
• Train, coach and support new baristas to develop their skills.
• Motivate the team, fostering a positive and energetic atmosphere.
• Maintain Costa’s standards for coffee preparation and customer experience.
• Adapt quickly to challenges, using resourcefulness to keep operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
• Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure.
• Previous experience as a team leader or a strong desire to step into the role.
