About the role
Join Costa Coffee as a Barista in Leyton, London, working 20 hours per week on a permanent basis. You will be the face of the brand, delivering high‑quality coffee and a warm, energising experience for every customer.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and other menu items to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Required profile
- Positive, can‑do attitude with strong adaptability.
- Accountability and pride in delivering quality work.
- Calm, composed approach with excellent communication skills.
- Genuine enthusiasm for working with people.
