Bike Mechanic / Cycle Technician – London

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Bike Mechanic / Cycle Technician to join our London workshop. You will work hands‑on with a wide range of bicycles, providing servicing, repairs and building new builds while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing, repairs and component replacements on all types of bicycles.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults efficiently.
• Assemble, build and prepare new bikes for sale or customer delivery.
• Advise customers on maintenance schedules and recommended repairs.
• Maintain clean and organised workshop standards and support stock control.

Required profile

• Strong enthusiasm for cycling and bicycles.
• Experience in servicing and repairing bicycles, or demonstrable mechanical aptitude.
• Customer‑focused attitude with good communication skills.
• Cytech qualification is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Bike servicing and repair techniques.
• Mechanical troubleshooting of bicycle components.
• Knowledge of Cytech standards (optional).
