Block Property Manager – Bristol

About the role

As a Block Property Manager based in Bristol you will be the friendly face of a premium portfolio of private residential developments. Supported by a dedicated back‑office team, you will focus on relationship building rather than paperwork.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trust‑based relationships with residents, leaseholders and client owners.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure developments are well presented and fully compliant.
• Oversee local contractors for maintenance and repairs, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with the central support team for invoicing, administration and compliance reporting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for resident queries and service requests.

Required profile

• Proven experience in block or residential property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a desire to minimise administrative burden.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external contractors.
• Motivation to pursue professional qualifications (e.g., IRPM, The Property Institute).
