Brand Manager – Femcare Portfolio

About the role

Essity is seeking a Brand Manager to drive growth for its Femcare portfolio, including the well‑known Bodyform® brand. Working in a hybrid model (three days in the Didsbury office, two days remote), you will shape brand strategy, develop insight‑led campaigns, and contribute to a category that supports confidence and everyday health.

Key responsibilities

• Execute key brand activities for Bodyform®, delivering the marketing strategy and driving category performance.
• Own brand communications, campaigns, promotions and innovation projects across the UK and Europe.
• Collaborate with product development, creative agencies, retail activation teams and consumer insight specialists to bring plans to market.
• Ensure brand activity is engaging, consistent and commercially effective.
• Support the creation and delivery of educational materials and consumer‑focused initiatives.

Required profile

• Experienced FMCG marketer with a strong understanding of brand management in a commercial environment.
• Proven ability to take projects from concept through launch using insight, creativity and collaboration.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally, building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders across teams and markets.
• Commercially curious, proactive and passionate about developing brands that make a difference.
