Business Centre Manager – Birmingham

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused and highly organised Business Centre Manager to lead our Birmingham centre. In this permanent, full‑time position you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving day‑to‑day operations and achieving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Oversee daily centre operations ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Lead sales initiatives and monitor KPI targets to drive revenue.
• Supervise centre operation assistants, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Handle financial management including budgeting and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Organise training and development programmes for staff.

Required profile

• Proven record of revenue generation in a customer‑facing environment.
• Strong commercial and sales acumen.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience using CRM software.
