About the role

Join a fast‑growing healthcare product distributor as a Business Development Graduate. You will work on generating revenue from warm leads and creating new opportunities, helping to expand the company’s book of business.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the company’s product portfolio and value proposition to educate prospects.
• Proactively contact prospects via phone, email and social channels to arrange meetings, webinars and demos.
• Research accounts, identify key influencers and build strong relationships.
• Support customer success to ensure satisfaction with the services delivered.
• Shadow senior team members to understand the full 360‑degree sales process and prepare for progression.

Required profile

• Graduated with a university degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team‑player who can also work independently.
• Comfortable in a target‑driven environment and self‑motivated.
