Business Development Manager – Bridging Finance (Midlands)

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established lender of short‑term property finance to expand its presence across the Midlands. As a Business Development Manager you will promote the company’s bridging finance products and ensure an exceptional level of service for financial intermediaries, property investors and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with financial intermediaries, property investors and developers throughout the UK.
• Generate new business by leveraging a large database of intermediaries and investors to optimise funding opportunities.
• Manage client and broker relationships, delivering outstanding customer service at every stage.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of a funding application, from initial request to completion.
• Maintain award‑winning service standards and ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience in secured lending or residential mortgage markets.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the bridging finance market.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Professional telephone manner and a passion for property.
• Proven track record of managing client and broker relationships.
