Business Protection Sales Advisor – Manchester

About the role

We are seeking a Business Protection Sales Advisor to join our fast‑growing protection brokerage in Manchester’s Spinningfields district. You will work with qualified leads from a national network of advisers and brokers, offering expert advice on life, critical illness, income protection and business protection products.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on a range of protection products, matching coverage to individual needs.
• Handle warm inbound and referred enquiries, building long‑term relationships.
• Operate within FCA guidelines and maintain compliance.
• Achieve sales and quality targets set by the business.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, preferably within insurance, financial services or a consultative environment (not essential).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ambitious, driven and motivated by success.
• Professional, customer‑focused approach.
