Business Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a driven Business Sales Executive to join our growing B2B sales team in Manchester. You will generate new business opportunities and introduce organisations to professional consultancy and people‑management software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails and referrals.
• Book appointments with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.
• Develop relationships with new and existing clients.

Required profile

• Experience in telesales, door‑to‑door sales, outbound sales or lead generation.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
• Resilient, confident and motivated by earning potential.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage decision‑makers.
• Proactive, self‑starter attitude.
