Candidate Recruiter – Education Recruitment (Manchester)

About the role

Join Aspire People, a leading education recruitment specialist, as a Candidate Recruiter based in Manchester city centre. Working in a hybrid model (three days in the office, two days remote), you will partner 1:1 with a high‑performing Recruitment Consultant to build and manage a talent pool of teachers and support staff for schools across Greater Manchester.

Key responsibilities

• Source teachers and education support staff via job boards, social media, networking and referrals.
• Write engaging adverts to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Interview and assess candidates to understand experience, aspirations and suitability.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with education professionals.
• Match candidates to appropriate vacancies across partner schools.
• Manage candidate availability, communication and compliance throughout the onboarding process.
• Prepare professional CVs and candidate profiles for client submission.
• Maintain accurate records and activity in the CRM system.
• Attend recruitment events to expand the talent pipeline.
