Cashier & Gold Assessor – Filipino Language Required

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Cashier/Assessor to join our Fulham and Shepherd's Bush branches. The successful candidate will combine strong sales abilities with specialist knowledge of gold and precious‑metal valuation, while providing excellent customer service to a diverse clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers, advise on jewelry sales, exchanges and consumer credit options.
• Accurately assess the value of gold and other precious metals.
• Handle point‑of‑sale transactions, cash management and ensure transaction accuracy.
• Maintain security, appearance and hygiene standards in line with company policy.
• Apply clerical procedures and service methodologies consistently.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Filipino language skills together with fluent English.
• UK citizenship or at least three years’ right to work in the UK.
• Mathematics knowledge at A‑level level or equivalent.
• Customer‑service orientation with strong communication abilities.

Required skills

• Gold and precious‑metal assessment.
• Point‑of‑sale (POS) system operation and cash handling.
• Mathematics (A‑level level).
