About the role
We are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor for an autonomous role within an expanding consultancy in Maidstone. The position offers uncapped progression, a collaborative team environment, regular company events, and flexible hybrid working. You will manage your own diary, conducting surveys across the South‑East for both commercial and residential clients.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct building surveys for commercial and residential properties across the South‑East.
- Manage your own diary, balancing site visits and office work.
- Travel throughout the South‑East region to carry out surveys.
- Meet with clients and the project team to discuss ongoing work.
- Liaise with the administration team to produce detailed survey reports.
Required profile
- Based in the South East of England.
- Qualified Chartered Building Surveyor.
- Full UK driving licence.
