Civil Litigation Solicitor – Credit Hire Specialist

You will manage a varied caseload of credit‑hire matters, advising clients from instruction through to resolution, and work on both litigated and pre‑litigated claims to deliver commercially focused advice.

• Manage a varied caseload of credit‑hire matters and advise clients from instruction through to resolution.
• Handle a wealth of litigated and pre‑litigated claims, working alongside colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Develop technical expertise and progress your career within a specialist credit‑hire and civil litigation environment.

Required profile

• Applicants should be NQ solicitors (or higher) with experience in credit‑hire matters.
• Strong understanding of the litigation process with excellent analytical, drafting and negotiation abilities.
• Confidence in managing an independent caseload and eagerness to advance with support from an experienced team.
• Experience in motor claims, personal injury or insurance litigation is advantageous.
