About the Role

Join Mitie, a leader in facilities management, as a dedicated Cleaner to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene at our Co-op site in Pegswood. Main Responsibilities

• Maintain all cleaning equipment in a clean, safe, and functional condition.
• Execute cleaning tasks strictly following agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and schedules.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the assigned area, specialized equipment, and chemical safety protocols.
• Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations and complete all mandatory training modules.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Candidate Profile

• Basic English communication and reading skills are required.
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential; we value attitude and reliability.
• A proactive, flexible, and honest approach to work.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working autonomously.
• Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to workplace standards.
