Client Management Accountant – Birmingham

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the preparation and finalisation of management accounts for a varied client portfolio.
• Prepare statutory accounts to a high standard, complying with relevant reporting requirements.
• Compile clear, accurate monthly reporting packs for clients.
• Build strong client relationships, gather information, resolve queries and present findings in a commercial manner.
• Play an active role in month‑end and year‑end close processes, driving efficiency and reporting quality.

Required profile

• Part or fully qualified ACA/ACCA (candidates qualified by experience will also be considered).
• Experience gained within an accountancy practice is essential.
• Proven track record of preparing management and statutory accounts end‑to‑end.
• Strong, hands‑on experience of month‑end processes.
