Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Birmingham (Hybrid)

About the role

This position is for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a Tier 1 national firm recognised for its claimant work. The role is based in Birmingham with a hybrid model – two days in the office and three days remote.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters, ranging from moderate injuries to catastrophic, birth and fatal claims.
• Work alongside senior specialists to develop case strategy and achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
• Maintain client relationships and provide clear, regular updates throughout the litigation process.
• Contribute to the team’s reputation by handling high‑value, complex claims.

Required profile

• Proven track record in clinical negligence law (NQ to senior level acceptable).
• Strong technical and case‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Genuine passion for claimant work and delivering the best outcomes.
