About the role

Join a respected independent insurance broker in Manchester as a Commercial Account Handler. You will work hybrid, spending two days a week in the office, and support a diverse portfolio of SME clients with tailored insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow commercial insurance accounts for small‑ and medium‑sized enterprises.
• Provide market access and placement options through Lloyd's of London and specialist markets.
• Utilise the Acturis platform to process policies, endorsements, and renewals.
• Collaborate with a high‑performing team to deliver excellent client service.

Required profile

• Approximately 5 years of experience in commercial broking or account handling.
• Broad knowledge of SME insurance needs across multiple classes.
• Organised, proactive, and eager to develop professionally.
• Ability to hit the ground running in a collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Acturis experience (preferred).
