About the role

Join a fast‑growing tech‑focused business as a Commercial Associate Graduate. You will develop a deep understanding of the company’s solutions and work directly with inbound prospects to build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the full portfolio of products and services to confidently engage prospects.
• Contact inbound leads, nurture relationships and manage a personal sales territory.
• Visit client sites, negotiate and close contracts with key decision‑makers.
• Serve as the main liaison between customers and internal teams such as Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product.
• Handle contractual changes for existing customers and support post‑sale activities.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a target‑driven environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, staying composed under pressure.
• Logical thinking, quick learning and adaptability.
