Commercial Litigation Solicitor (3-6 PQE) – Birmingham

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 3‑6 years post‑qualification experience to join our Birmingham disputes team. You will work on high‑value, complex commercial disputes for a diverse client base, delivering advice and representation across a range of matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder and partnership issues, professional negligence, injunctions, fraud, debt recovery and contentious contracts.
• Maintain regular client contact and take ownership of matters from inception to resolution.
• Collaborate with partners on larger, high‑value litigation and support business development activities.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years PQE within a recognised commercial disputes team.
• Strong technical legal ability, excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Confidence to build and maintain lasting client relationships.

Required skills

• Experience in handling complex commercial litigation matters.
• Proficiency in drafting pleadings, statements of case and other litigation documents.
