Commercial Litigation Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) – Manchester

About the role

You will join a well‑established Manchester commercial practice renowned for its collaborative culture and long‑standing client relationships. As a member of the Commercial Litigation team you will handle a broad spectrum of disputes, from contractual disagreements to shareholder, partnership and professional negligence claims.

Key responsibilities

• Assist partners and senior lawyers on complex commercial litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, statements of case and other court documents.
• Manage client communications and provide updates on case progress.
• Develop case strategy under supervision and take increasing responsibility as experience grows.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with up to 2 years PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution.
• Strong technical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Commercially minded, client‑focused and eager to develop within a high‑quality disputes practice.
