Commercial Litigation Solicitor – Top 100 Firm – Work/Life Balance

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a leading Top 100 law firm’s nationwide practice. Based in Manchester, you will work within a dedicated Commercial Litigation team that handles a broad range of disputes for national and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of director, shareholder and partnership disputes.
• Handle contractual disputes, professional advisor claims, defamation actions and injunctions.
• Represent clients in the High Court and, where appropriate, in international arbitration proceedings.
• Develop expertise in sector‑specific matters such as retail, banking & finance, renewable energy, sport and technology.

Required profile

• At least 2 years post‑qualification experience in commercial litigation.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage complex cases.
• Strong analytical and advocacy skills with a client‑focused approach.
