About the role
Our client, a fast‑growing Midlands‑based law firm, is seeking a Commercial Property Senior Associate with at least five years post‑qualification experience to join its Real Estate team.
Key responsibilities
- Handle high‑value commercial property transactions across development and asset‑management sectors.
- Advise institutional, corporate and private clients on complex matters.
- Build and manage your own client portfolio.
- Mentor junior lawyers and oversee their work.
- Take ownership of matters from inception to completion.
Required profile
- 5+ years PQE in Commercial Property.
- Strong technical expertise and confident advisory ability.
- Commercially minded, ambitious and motivated to progress to partnership.
- Proven ability to manage complex transactions and mentor junior colleagues.
