About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2‑5 years post‑qualification experience to join a fast‑growing Midlands law firm. The role is based in Birmingham and operates on a hybrid model, offering the chance to work on high‑value real estate transactions for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold interests.
• Represent landlords and tenants in leasing, renewals, and asset‑management matters.
• Support development and regeneration projects across the region.
• Advise on property finance and corporate support transactions.
• Maintain a personal caseload with guidance from senior partners and associates.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years PQE in commercial property or real estate law.
• Proven ability to handle transactions from inception to completion.
• Strong technical drafting and client‑handling capabilities.
• Commercially aware with a proactive, solution‑focused approach.
• Team‑player who thrives in a collaborative, modern working environment.
