About the role

Join a leading Legal 500 firm’s investment team in Manchester as a Commercial Property Solicitor. You will work within an experienced, agile department that handles complex, high‑value transactions for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on all aspects of commercial property law, including acquisitions, disposals, and landlord‑tenant matters.
• Support commercial and residential development projects, planning applications, and infrastructure initiatives.
• Structure and review holding and funding arrangements, property tax considerations, and related litigation.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the investment team to deliver comprehensive legal and commercial advice.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years post‑qualifying experience (PQE).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt within a fast‑growing department.

Required skills

• Commercial property law expertise.
• Experience with acquisitions, disposals, and landlord‑tenant matters.
• Knowledge of planning, development, and property tax issues.
