About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our Birmingham office. The successful candidate will work within a supportive team of partners and associates, handling a broad portfolio of property transactions for clients across retail, office, industrial and leisure sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development projects for commercial properties.
• Provide high‑quality legal advice to clients in various sectors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering proactive solutions.
• Collaborate with other practice groups to deliver seamless service.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience in commercial property law.
• Proven ability to manage a varied caseload and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
