Commercial Property Solicitor – Cambridge

About the role

This position is for a Commercial Property Solicitor with up to two years post‑qualification experience, based in Cambridge. You will join a highly rated real estate team within a leading national law firm and work on a diverse portfolio of commercial property matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior team members on investment and asset‑management transactions.
• Advise landlords and tenants on lease negotiations and documentation.
• Conduct property due diligence for real‑estate finance and corporate deals.
• Support acquisition and disposal processes for property investments, representing both buyers and sellers.
• Manage a varied caseload across multiple sectors, ensuring high‑quality legal service.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor (NQ) with up to two years PQE in commercial property.
• Experience gained at a regional or City law firm handling property transactions.
• Commitment to professional development and long‑term career progression in a collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of commercial property law, lease drafting and negotiation.
• Understanding of property due diligence and real‑estate finance principles.
