Commercial Property Solicitor

About the role

We are looking for a Property Disputes Solicitor to join our Bristol office. The role involves managing a varied caseload of residential and commercial property disputes, providing high‑quality legal advice and representation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage property dispute matters from inception to conclusion.
• Advise clients on residential and commercial disputes, including landlord‑tenant, boundary, easement and adverse possession issues.
• Handle debt recovery and service charge disputes.
• Draft legal documents, witness statements and court applications.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings.
• Liaise with barristers, surveyors, experts and other third parties.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in business development and support junior team members.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
• 2+ years post‑qualification experience in property litigation or disputes.
• Strong knowledge of property law and civil litigation procedures.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy abilities.
