Commercial Recruitment Consultant (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a driven Commercial Recruitment Consultant to join our Manchester team on a hybrid basis. You will manage the full permanent recruitment lifecycle across commercial sectors, building strong client relationships and matching top talent with leading employers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Generate new business through proactive sales and networking.
• Manage end‑to‑end permanent recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement.
• Source, interview, shortlist and present candidates using a variety of recruitment methods.
• Advertise vacancies, build talent pipelines and negotiate offers.
• Deliver an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.
• Achieve individual sales and placement targets.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience, preferably in commercial or permanent recruitment.
• Proven track record of business development and billing success.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and commercially focused.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies.
• Positive attitude and genuine passion for recruitment.
