Commercial Sales Consultant – Fire & Security (North West)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading fire and security business that is expanding rapidly across the North West. The Commercial Sales Consultant will manage a robust pipeline of enquiries, from initial contact through to contract award, ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries across multiple platforms and qualify leads.
• Maintain accurate records of each sales stage in the NAV CRM system.
• Arrange site surveys, conduct face‑to‑face meetings and develop tailored designs and cost proposals.
• Produce and negotiate value propositions to secure work awards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet customer expectations and compliance requirements.
• Generate weekly forecast reports for the Commercial Sales Director.
• Manage personal diary, prioritising tasks to meet business and client deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling fire and security systems.
• Strong sales drive with the ability to develop new customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and liaison skills across customers and internal teams.
