About the role

Join CBGA Property Management's Commercial Property Management team in Central London as a Commercial Surveyor. The role is client‑focused, delivering high‑quality and timely services for a diverse portfolio of office, retail and industrial assets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and detailed surveys across commercial assets.
• Prepare accurate reports, recommendations and cost estimates for clients.
• Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring expectations are met.
• Assist in lease negotiations and renewals, providing commercial insight.
• Monitor performance of assets and recommend optimisation strategies.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors and external consultants.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.
• Support the team in delivering bespoke, hands‑on property management solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial property surveying or a closely related field.
• Strong analytical, communication and client‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a busy team.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Good knowledge of the UK commercial property market.
• Professional qualifications such as RICS membership are desirable.
