Complex Injury Paralegal – Southampton

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Complex Injury Paralegal to join our specialist team in Southampton. Working closely with Partner Nicole Way, you will gain hands‑on experience on large and complex road traffic accident claims and develop your legal expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Partner with case‑related tasks from inception to resolution.
• Communicate with clients, experts, courts and witnesses.
• Prepare legal documents, correspondence and organise appointments, hearings and key dates.
• Review documents, records and evidence, and conduct legal research.
• Maintain accurate case information and attend meetings to broaden legal knowledge.

Required profile

• Law graduate or currently studying towards a legal qualification.
• Experience in a legal support, administration or paralegal role, or a strong interest in personal injury law.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
