Construction Labourer – Short‑term Site Work

About the role
We are seeking reliable labourers to join a residential construction site in Salisbury on a short‑term basis. The role involves supporting the site team for a period of two days, with the possibility of longer assignments for the right candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with general labouring duties across the site.
- Support tradespeople and site managers as required.
- Load and unload materials safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
Required profile
- Previous site or labouring experience preferred but not essential.
- Valid CSCS card where required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
