Consultant – Strategy & Transformation

About the role

Join Davies Group's Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) team as a Consultant focused on strategy and transformation. You will work on high‑impact advisory projects, collaborating directly with senior client leaders to shape operating models, regulatory responses, digital initiatives and risk frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of client engagements across strategy, operating model design, regulatory change, digital transformation, and risk & compliance within the AWM sector.
• Conduct detailed research, analysis and problem‑solving to develop insights and recommendations.
• Prepare high‑quality client deliverables such as presentations, reports, process maps and data analyses.
• Engage with client stakeholders to gather requirements, test hypotheses and support implementation activities.
• Assist with project management tasks including planning, milestone tracking and risk management.
• Contribute to internal practice development, thought leadership and business development.

Required profile

• Degree in finance, economics, business, mathematics or equivalent experience.
• Some exposure to asset or wealth management, investment operations or financial services consulting.
• Understanding of AWM products, distribution, operations and regulatory landscape.
• Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning.
