Content Designer (12‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Content Designer to own the content design process for small to medium‑sized digital projects. You will create user‑centred content that aligns with experience design, brand guidelines and enterprise strategies, while making evidence‑based decisions that improve customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define content design scope, approach and timelines for projects ranging from small initiatives to larger programmes.
• Produce clear, accessible, and brand‑consistent content that follows design system patterns.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—researchers, designers, developers and product managers—to refine solutions and ensure alignment with user needs, business goals and technical constraints.
• Apply content standards, accessibility requirements and regulatory guidelines to deliver inclusive experiences.
• Communicate recommendations confidently, manage stakeholder expectations and influence decisions with evidence‑based arguments.
• Identify risks, track progress and proactively address alignment issues, escalating when necessary.

Required profile

• Portfolio demonstrating clear, consistent, user‑centred content solutions for digital products.
• Experience delivering content design projects in fast‑paced, Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of user‑centred design principles and how content integrates with design systems.
• Knowledge of accessible and inclusive design principles.
• Ability to present and explain content decisions to diverse stakeholders.
• Motivation to continuously learn and develop content design expertise.
