Join a leading international law firm as the Knowledge Lawyer for the Contested Real Estate practice. You will shape the team’s knowledge strategy, creating practical guidance, precedents and insights that raise the quality and consistency of contentious real estate work.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain up‑to‑date guidance, precedents and insight material for contentious real estate matters.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers on complex disputes, providing technical support and research.
• Design and deliver training sessions to embed best practices across the practice.
• Lead knowledge‑management initiatives, ensuring innovative approaches are adopted.
• Coach junior team members and promote confidence through clear, structured technical advice.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience (5 PQE) in contentious real estate law.
• Proven ability to translate complex legal developments into clear, actionable guidance.
• Strong interest in coaching, best‑practice development and knowledge sharing.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
