Conveyancing Paralegal

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Conveyancing Paralegal to join our residential conveyancing team on a fully remote basis. You will support a busy department handling sales, purchases, remortgages and equity transfers while developing your legal career.

Key responsibilities

• Open and manage conveyancing files from start to finish.
• Prepare and review legal documentation for residential transactions.
• Conduct property searches and liaise with clients, solicitors and other third parties.
• Maintain accurate records in the case management system.
• Provide administrative support throughout the conveyancing process.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a client‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Familiarity with case management systems used in legal practice.
