Corporate Account Executive – Insurance Brokerage

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Account Executive to join a leading international insurance broker. You will manage a portfolio of high‑value corporate clients, delivering strategic insurance programmes and fostering long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of corporate clients across multiple sectors, handling fee income from £75k to £300k+
• Manage renewals, programme design, strategic planning and ongoing account development
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders such as CFOs, Finance Directors and Risk Managers
• Collaborate with in‑house broking, placement and claims specialists to ensure robust programme delivery
• Identify growth opportunities, cross‑sell and up‑sell while maintaining high client retention

Required profile

• Proven track record managing large, complex commercial insurance accounts
• Strong technical knowledge of property, casualty, D&O and international insurance programmes
• Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders
• Client‑focused, quality‑first mindset with a drive to build long‑term value relationships
• ACII qualification desirable but not essential
