Corporate Associate – Mid-Market M&A Lawyer

About the role

K3 Law, a boutique corporate law firm within the K3 Advisory Group, is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its growing Manchester team. You will work on a variety of mid‑market M&A transactions, advising sellers, buyers and private‑equity clients on deals typically ranging from £2m to £50m.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of mergers, acquisitions, sales and investment transactions.
• Draft and review transaction documents, including purchase agreements, shareholder agreements and due‑diligence reports.
• Conduct legal research and provide advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance and post‑transaction matters.
• Liaise with senior lawyers, private‑equity partners and external advisers to ensure seamless deal progression.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to the firm’s expansion in the mid‑market sector.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 2–4 years of corporate law experience.
• Strong interest in mid‑market M&A and private‑equity work.
• Flexible approach, comfortable working both in the office and remotely.
• Excellent communication and client‑management skills.
