Corporate Knowledge Lawyer – PSL (5+ PQE) – Birmingham

About the role

This leading firm is seeking an experienced lawyer to support the continued success of its national corporate team. The role offers the opportunity to drive continuous improvement, expand training and development initiatives, conduct research on legislative changes, capture and share best practice resources, and strengthen the firm's national reputation in the corporate sector to attract and retain clients.

Key responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement across the corporate team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years PQE as a qualified solicitor or equivalent.
• Strong background in corporate law, including private equity, M&A, IPOs and corporate restructuring.
• Proactive with a strong enthusiasm for innovation and technology.
• Commitment to shaping the future of legal service delivery.
