Corporate Paralegal

About the role

K3 Law, part of the K3 Advisory Group, is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support a growing portfolio of mid‑market M&A transactions. You will work on a variety of corporate deals, from sell‑side and buy‑side assignments to capital‑market and private‑equity fundraises.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and execution of corporate transactions.
• Support the team with disclosure and due‑diligence processes.
• Draft and review ancillary legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis for senior fee earners.
• Provide general administrative support on deal teams.

Required profile

• Strong background in corporate law, preferably from a regional, national or international law firm.
• Excellent research, analytical and written communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Ties to Greater Manchester or the North West region.
