Corporate Sales Executive – Automotive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Corporate Sales Executive for a leading franchised motor dealership in Manchester. You will work with warm leads, receive extensive training, and benefit from a supportive team while enjoying uncapped earning potential.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume, consultative telephone sales to corporate and fleet customers.
• Develop expert‑level product and fleet knowledge through provided training.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial enquiry to contract closure.
• Collaborate closely with an experienced Corporate Sales Manager and high‑performing team.

Required profile

• Outstanding telephone sales ability with a proven track record in automotive or B2B sales.
• Strong hunger, tenacity, and resilience to meet and exceed targets.
• Capacity to learn, retain, and apply complex product information quickly.
• Genuine desire to become a top earner, not just meet minimum targets.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary of £25,000 per annum.
• On‑target earnings (OTE) up to £52,000, uncapped based on performance.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm (no weekends).
