Corporate Solicitor – 4+ PQE – Manchester

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with at least four years post‑qualification experience to join our high‑performing corporate team in Manchester. You will work on a varied portfolio of high‑value M&A and corporate transactions while building your own client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures and reorganisations.
• Draft and negotiate shareholder, investment, joint‑venture and management buy‑out/buy‑in agreements.
• Provide general corporate advisory to businesses at all stages of their lifecycle.
• Manage your own caseload of transactions and support partners on larger, complex deals.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years PQE in a recognised corporate practice.
• Strong experience across a broad range of corporate and M&A transactions.
• Excellent technical ability combined with sound commercial judgement.
• Outstanding client care and communication skills.
• Confidence to manage transactions independently while collaborating within a team.
• Proactive approach to career development and interest in business development.
