Corporate Solicitor – 4+ PQE – Manchester

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor with at least four years post‑qualification experience to join a leading national law firm in Manchester. You will work within a highly regarded corporate team that handles high‑value, complex transactions for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, and reorganisations.
• Draft and negotiate shareholder and investment agreements, management buy‑outs and buy‑ins.
• Support joint ventures, strategic investments and general corporate advisory matters.
• Manage your own caseload of transactions while supporting partners on larger, more complex deals.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years PQE in a recognised corporate practice.
• Strong experience across a broad range of corporate and M&A transactions.
• Excellent technical ability combined with sound commercial judgement.
• Outstanding client care, communication skills and the confidence to manage transactions independently.
• Proactive, ambitious approach to career development and interest in business development.
