Corporate Solicitor – 6-8 PQE – Manchester

About the role

We are partnering with a Legal 500‑ranked UK200 listed law firm to recruit an experienced Corporate Solicitor for its Manchester office. The role offers exposure to high‑value corporate transactions and the chance to develop both technical expertise and commercial acumen within a collaborative, transparent team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support larger M&A and restructuring transactions.
• Draft and negotiate JV, shareholder, LLP and partnership agreements.
• Manage smaller, non‑transactional corporate matters.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship building.

Required profile

• 6–8 years post‑qualified experience (PQE) as a corporate solicitor.
• Strong interest in progressing within a leading law firm.
• Willingness to coach and develop junior colleagues.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality client service.

Required skills

• Experience with mergers and acquisitions.
• Knowledge of corporate restructuring and joint‑venture agreements.
• Familiarity with shareholder, LLP and partnership documentation.
