Corporate Tax Assistant Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join a leading Top 10 advisory firm. The role involves delivering high‑quality tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of corporate and owner‑managed businesses while building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing responsive, high‑quality service.
• Take full ownership of project delivery across your client portfolio.
• Manage client portfolios and liaise with HMRC and external stakeholders.
• Identify technical, commercial and risk matters and escalate appropriately.
• Support senior stakeholders on advisory work, business development and team initiatives.
• Contribute to ad‑hoc projects and identify new opportunities with existing and prospective clients.

Required profile

• Experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects.
• ACA, ACCA or CTA qualification, or working towards one.
• Background in a professional practice environment.
