Creator Growth Lead

About the role

The Creator Growth Lead will own the strategy and execution of social channels for Pubity Group’s roster of creators. Working primarily on Facebook and YouTube, you will drive audience growth, engagement and revenue while leading a multidisciplinary editorial team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement channel strategies for each creator page.
• Lead video editors, static editors and content researchers to produce and curate high‑impact content.
• Analyse performance data to optimise followership, viewership and monetisation.
• Design and maintain workflow processes and content packaging standards.
• Create a scalable playbook for onboarding new creators.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience managing social media channels, especially Facebook and YouTube.
• Proven ability to lead editorial teams in a fast‑moving environment.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical decision‑making.
• Passion for creator culture and ability to adapt strategies per creator.
